A pretty venetian Murano pink glass wedding cake heart bead which measures 20mm (2cm or 3/4")
 
A pink glass base with 24k gold foil and hand painted decorations in white, pink and green.  Exterior 24k gold foil may be subject to a little wear over time and/or contact with other items, this is just a characteristic of exterior foiled beads.  Enhanced with 14k gold filled beads, 24k gold vermeil beads and a Swarovski crystal.  It  comes on an 18" gold plated chain.
