skaradesigns is a UK internet based company who specialise in Venetian Murano glass jewellery and handmade Lampwork jewellery. Many of the beads used are one-off creations. All of the Venetian glass jewellery, the jewellery made from Venetian beads, and the handmade lampwork beads have been properly kiln annealed to reduce the stress in the glass, for lasting durability. |

| Placing your order: You can place your order over the internet or over the phone. Whilst we cannot take payment by credit card directly over the phone, we can send a paypal invoice to you, and once paid, your order will be despatched within 24 hours. For information on paypal please see below. |

Post, packing and delivery: All orders are despatched within 24 hours of paypal payment, or as soon as cheque payment clears. Items are packed in standard black gift boxes or bags, unless a special gift box has been purchased. Items can be gift wrapped on request. We are also happy to post directly to the recipient if required, with your personal message handwritten on a skaradesigns gloss postcard at no extra charge. | Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. |
| Damages: All items are meticulously checked prior to despatch and very carefully wrapped. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, then just return it to skaradesigns in the original packaging within 7 days for a refund. |
| Returns: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings unless damaged in transit, and then the above conditions apply. |
